I love food, I love tasting, and I love to cook, invent or create with great flavors. I'm a grand inventor when it comes to food, and although mom always said "don't invent", I just can not help myself. I'm actually glad that I didn't listen to her on this account or else I never would have discovered what works and what is just simply disastrous (to put it mildly.)
Even though I have some really well put together recipes, I never wrote any of them down. I will see if I can keep track of it somewhere here in my pages as well as keep some pics of my delicious (according to my opinionated guy) constructions. ;-P
